Granny - my Grandma, Mom's Mom - fell on some ice last month and broke her leg in a few places. She had to have a rod and pins put in and has been in a rehab. facility since. Ironic - she used to work at the same Rehabilitation Facility! Anyways, we went up to Brazil yesterday afternoon and went to see her in her "hotel," as we referred to it as!

Hally slept thru some of the trip to see Granny - no wheelchair rides for her this time!When I talked to my Dad this evening, he said that the Physical Therapist says that Grandma is doing well enough that she could go home if there is someone that will stay with her and if her house passes a home assesment. That is a possiblity for her this weekend!
