YAY GOD!

Yay God!
At the end of each service this weekend, our church held an invitational type thing for anyone who was ready to make a public proclamation of their acceptance and belief in Christ. Over Saturday and Sunday 119 people were baptized! How AWESOME is that?!?!
YAY GOD!!!

Rylee's Sing Along

Ry's preschool, Trinity Learning Center, is part of a church in New Albany called Trinity United Methodist Church. Today the church celebrated their 120th anniversary with a hog roast and activities. One of those activities, the TLC preschoolers singing songs they've learned so far this year! The kids sang songs in English and French, they danced as partners, pretended they were trees and moved with music, and sang a song while doing American sign language! So cute!

Ry is quite the performer! She definately had no problem getting up in front of a crowd and doing any of this! YES, I did video record...however, only 2 songs because my battery died on my camera.

Marty's New Toy

It arrived today (via FedEx Home Delivery). Marty's new toy. His long awaited PS3. Yes, the boy got what he has wanted for quite awhile, the thing I've heard about for months now...SERIOUSLY, he's talked about it like a child talks about a new toy they've seen on a commerical and think they need or the world will end!

I bet you can guess where he is at this moment!

Up to Date

Rylee is now 4 years old and is an extreme social butterfly! She is in the Young 4's class at Trinity Learning Center in New Albany, Indiana. She goes to Pre-School every Tuesday and Thursday mornings! She is also taking swim lessons on Wednesday evenings and goes to KinderGym on Friday mornings at SIGS in New Albany. SIGS has a "Lunch Bunch" they are going to be starting back up in October and she is anxiously awaiting that!

Macee Louise is just about 15 months old and at this point in time I believe she is going to be our trouble maker. She is always starting fights with Rylee and is always into things she shouldn't be! She definately has some spunk to her! As was Ry's, her favorite book is The Wheels on the Bus...we read this a multitude of times through out the day and she is very good at the hand movements we do with the song/story!

Marty is still working at American Commerical Lines here in Jeffersonville, Indiana. He is also always busy with his websites, blogs and trying to make more money off the internet....which is completely fine! The job hunt is on hold at the moment and there is talk of getting his MBA. He is our computer nerd!

As for me, well, I just completed a class to become a Certified Nursing Assistant. I took the test a week ago and PASSED! I've applied for some positions at hospitals both here in Indiana and in Louisville...haven't heard anything yet though, which has been kind of discouraging. I am still unsure about working in a long-term/rehab facility...I know the Lord will put me in the right position in the right facility on HIS time. Until then, I continue to be the CEO of the Laritz Household, which is absolutely wonderful!

Here I Am Sam!

Well, here I am!

I've been meaning to do this for some time now. I think this is the perfect way for me to be able to keep all our family, (which of whom ALL live miles from us) along with our friends up to date with the everyday happenings of the Laritz Household!

Enjoy!
